By creating an account or using any part of ODA - AI App Builder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and are responsible for activities under your account. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform for unlawful content, abuse, malware, phishing, or rights violations.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruption of systems and APIs.
Do not reverse engineer restricted model behavior or bypass usage limits.

4 AI Output and User Responsibility

AI outputs are probabilistic and may include inaccuracies. You must review, test, and validate generated content before production use.

Security, legal, and compliance checks remain your responsibility.
You are responsible for third-party licenses in your final product.
You should not place critical secrets in prompts unless required and controlled.

5 Intellectual Property and License

You retain rights to your inputs and project-specific outputs. To operate the service, you grant Oda a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content. We may use aggregated and de-identified telemetry for reliability and product improvement.

6 Fees, Plans, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and selected billing cycle. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the service period starts. Promotions and student plans can include additional eligibility rules.

7 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

8 Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9 Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of your jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protections. Before formal action, please contact us to seek an informal resolution.
